DECK AND PAINTER'S GARDEN: Two-tiered 50 x 40 foot wooden deck with forty- inch round glass topped tables and chairs. Deck is enclosed by 6 foot cedar fence and surrounded by lush garden plantings. Focal point of garden is a four tiered fountain with brick garden paths leading to flower draped gazebo. Adjacent lawn area, capable of seating 250, is enclosed by landscaping that includes a rose-covered arbor and surrounding rose garden.
